By visiting or using the services provided by the Venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally entitled to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding gaming, entertainment, and travel.

3. Responsible Gaming

4. Deposit Limits

You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Venue's services by contacting us. We also encourage you to explore responsible gaming resources and tools that are available on-site and through external organizations, such as telephone support lines and online forums.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights in all materials, including but not limited to show scripts, music compositions, artwork, graphics, text, and logos, belong solely to the creators or owners of said works. By using the Venue's services, you acknowledge that you will respect these rights and will not copy, distribute, modify, adapt, perform, display, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise use any material without our prior written consent.

6. Security and Fair Play

The Venue is committed to ensuring fair play in all gaming activities. Our games are designed to operate with random number generators (RNGs) that meet the standards of fairness established by the province of Québec. Regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance with these standards, including but not limited to checks on payout frequencies and winning combinations.

7. Gaming Software

The Venue uses licensed gaming software to offer its games to patrons. This software is subject to regular updates and maintenance to prevent tampering or manipulation. The Venue reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend, or terminate any game at any time without prior notice.

10. Liability

In no event will the Venue be liable for any consequential damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to loss of business income, profits, savings, goodwill, reputation, data, personal property, emotional distress, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy in case of a dispute is limited to seeking compensation through applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively through arbitration, unless otherwise stipulated under federal or provincial law.

By using the Venue's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms as they may change from time to time. Your continued use of our facilities shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

Your signature below serves as evidence of your consent to abide by all terms, conditions, rules, regulations, guidelines, instructions, policies, procedures, and disclaimers that are applicable or posted at the Venue.
